Mengasuh Binatang di Kuntum Farmfield Bogor | Veterinary Nursing in Kuntum Farmfield Bogor

Katya kayaknya suka sekali sama segala jenis binatang.

You know my daughter Katya, two years old, are deeply in love with animals. We have few chickens on our backyard, that are regularly fed by the kid, on the other side she also took some of their eggs as return (this one is completely her initiatives, not our recommendation). She also had two experiences on her right hand, one is bitten by cockatoo, a relatively big bird in Bandung Zoo, and the other scar is a result of playing around with wild cat near our house.

And to help her express her deep deep love to every single kind of animal, we brought her to a place called Kuntum Farmfield. It is located about 8 kilometers after Bogor Toll Exit, or about 1 hour drive from our house in Pasar Minggu – with notes the traffic was good since we were there over Ramadhan period, where not so many people were travelling (and walking with the kid for more than 2 hours while fasting).

We were absolutely impressed by how well the place had been developed. Good concept, good furniture and design, good execution on the field (they were giving everyone a “caping” hat, Indonesian traditional hat made from bamboo – a good way to protect us from the sun and on the other side giving good feeling to the visitors). They build the facilities in 6 hectares area, with so many animals placed nicely, giving the visitors a great time to visit, feed, and take some pictures with the animals. They have so many animals there, cow, goat, lamb, rabbit, duck, chicken, and some other specific animals that I couldn’t really recall. We can feed these animals, or even feed a bottle of milk to the cows – of course with some extra cost since you have to buy these foods.

The entrance fee was IDR 25K with some additional IDR 5-10K needed to buy some food inside the Farm Field.

Katya had so much fun there – definitely will come back here someday 🙂
